1. Seven-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We will provide a full refund within the first 30 days of purchase based on the criteria below, unless you have already used 2,000 credits or more.

If you need technical assistance to resolve an issue, please submit a support ticket from your dashboard. We will do our best to resolve the issue and refund any credits lost due to technical problems.


2. No Refunds Beyond Usage Limits

If you have used more than 2,000 credits within the first 30 days, your refund eligibility will be void, regardless of the remaining refund period.
This policy helps protect against misuse while still providing flexibility for honest users.


3. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, please email our support team at Sahacar996@gmail.com including:

  • The reason for your refund request

  • Proof of purchase

  • The email address linked to your account

After receiving your request, we will review your account usage. If your account is eligible based on the above criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.


4. Non-Refundable Conditions

We cannot issue a refund in the following cases:

  • After the 30-day refund period

  • If more than 2,000 credits have been used

  • Dissatisfaction based on expectations that go beyond the features clearly provided on our sales page

  • Cases where customers simply change their mind, decide they no longer want the product, or fail to contact our support team for assistance or clarification before filing a refund request or dispute


5. Policy Agreement

By purchasing SocialUp.biz, you agree to this refund policy and waive any rights to dispute its terms through legal or third-party channels.
Refunds will be processed in USD, and we are not responsible for any currency exchange rate differences.
